• HTML, JavaScript, CSS, PHP, Flash and MySQL
• Building custom web applications
• Implementing Open Source and developing Customized CMS
• Web 2.0/3.0 Compliance
• An independent, self manager to work with a designer on team projects
• Ability to communicate clearly with non-developers
• An appetite for knowledge and a passion to get the job done to the highest specification and on time
• A ‘Can Do’ approach, and a sense of humor
