Todd has 20+ years of sales and marketing experience and has held diverse roles with industry leaders such as Nestlé, Ocean Spray, PepsiCo, and Unilever. As Senior Vice President of Innovation and Strategy at OIC, he participates in the creation and implementation of global consumer and B2B engagements. Todd holds an MBA from the University of Southern California. His interests include skiing, traveling, and political affairs.
Jay plays a lead role in the management of OIC's key global accounts. A graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara, he began his career in Germany heading the US marketing division for a Berlin-based business-consulting firm. He joined OIC in 2008 and was promoted to Global Group Account Director in 2010.
Ralph DeFelice contributes to project planning, research, interface design, and web development. Before he turned his attention to new media development, Ralph was an accomplished academic with a notable resume of scientific publications and research endeavors. His background as a naturalist and a science educator informs his work as a designer of web experiences and contributes to his precise project management methods.
Ken brings more than a decade of experience as a creator and leader to his role as Design Director. A scientific background and problem-solving approach to design enable him to view the aesthetics of the creative world with a unique perspective. A self-proclaimed foodie, Ken is notorious for conducting unpredictable cooking experiments and pioneering unconventional flavor combinations in his kitchen.
Chris offers a fresh perspective and boundary-breaking approach as head of social media. Focused on engagement and meaningful brand growth, he is always testing new platforms and new ideas to share with clients. When he isn't in front of a computer, Chris enjoys trail running and craft beer, occasionally at the same time.
