Senior Art Director: Web/Print
We are looking for a Senior Art Director--an experienced creative who isn't afraid to dig into both web and print projects with both hands.

The Senior Art Director is one of the most pivotal positions in the agency. The individual is responsible for turning complex creative briefs into award winning creative. They must be able to work with a multi-disciplinary team to not only achieve project goals but to exceed client and agency expectations.

Assignments range from interactive campaigns to brand identity to packaging design. Art directors who come out of design backgrounds are best suited for this position. Many agency projects include online and off line components, so print and web production should be second nature.

Responsibilities include:

• Concept and campaign development
• Managing project resources such as in-house team members, freelancers, and production artists
• Client presentation development
• Ensuring client brand standards in all work
• Working with the development team
• Turning wireframes into site designs
• Upholding agency design standards
• Brand system development
• Tracking and approving completed art assets
• Working with interactive team to adjust project goals and design revisions

• We are a small agency but we have big clients. So, experience working on high profile interactive work is a must. Special consideration will be given to Art Center alumni.
• We are looking for someone in the Los Angeles or Pasadena area. No out of state applicants please.

• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Working knowledge of web production tools and processes.

Web Producer
Web Producer needed for Digital agency located in E. Pasadena. Ideal candidates will have agency experience in producing & managing editorial and product related content across multiple, international platforms through a CMS system.

This person would also be responsible for overseeing, managing and tracking the content development process from creation through translation and publishing. The web producer will work with the account staff to ensure clear client communication and expectation setting.

Candidates should have 3-5 years experience as a web producer in an agency setting. Excellent organization and communication skills required.

Must be capable of the following:

• Spearheading web projects from inception to publish
• Clear understanding & ability to lead the web development workflow process
• Ability to manage resources and delegate tasks as needed/appropriate

• Scheduling deliveries across multiple departments
• Managing content across international sites on behalf of our clients
• Coordinating weekly updates across 4 intl regions
• Creating review cycle process
• Work with Agency staff on content development
• Traffic content through agency processes
• Manage copy decks for navigational text and editorial content

• Microsoft Office Suite

Senior Interactive Designer
Join our new interactive team and work on projects ranging from consumer packaged goods to high technology to sports marketing.

We are seeking a Senior Interactive Designer to work with our team in the design of a broad range of interactive projects. Applicants should have 6+ years agency experience and demonstrate excellent creative, the ability to collaborate, and project leadership. The position is collaborative. The Senior Interactive Designer works with a multidisciplinary team of developers, integrators and specialists. Good project communication skills are a must Candidates must also be able to clearly communicate project information with clients and agency account personnel.

Candidates are required to forward a portfolio that demonstrates the ability to work on site-wide design programs as well as focused microsites and campaign level communications (banners, widgets, etc.). Also demonstrated should be the ability to turn business requirements and wireframes into visual design through the use of comps or prototypes.

Experience with Flash and a working knowledge of HTML/CSS are a must. The position is not programming intensive, but successful candidates will need to demonstrate intermediate technical experience. Advanced skills in industry standard graphics programs (CS3, etc.) are a must.
